foods made by me!
most of the foods that I posted on this blog were made by either by my Mom, sister, or cousin Robert. I’m not much of a cook, but I try. Here are some of my dishes!

spicy noodles/tum kaopoon (I love mine with cilantro and scallions and lots of tomatoes)

Kaopiek/con-gee/porridge/rice soup (I like mine with lots of scallions and pepper sauce. I also add some potatoes for the extra stickiness.)

Papaya salad/Tum mak houng (again, I love my cilantro and scallions!)

the complete meal; tum mak houng, grilled chicken wings, rice

noodle salad with sesame oil, seaweed, soy sauce, veggies (mine is on the left, my daughter’s is on the right)

papaya and noodles combo. Yummy!!!!!

T-bone steak along with papaya salad and noodles combo. (I ATE LIKE A PIG)

You know what is also good with Tum Kaopoun and Maakhoung, the Thai Parsley or Pak Chee Farang, I tried it several years ago and love it.
I never tried Kao piek with potatoes before, I wonder if it’d be good with sweet potatoes, sounds good just thinking about it. You made me hungry now, I hope you didn’t eat all these foods in one meal.

I like kaopiek but never had it with potato in it. I might have to try that.
