goodness in a little bag!
After looking at msCinda’s pho the other day, my mouth was watering so bad that I had to fulfill my craving. I had some instant pho, the kung-fu brand. So I went to Asia store and bought some meatballs to add to my pho. Unlike other instant pho, khung-fu really taste like homemade. I call it goodness in a bag! Here is my bowl along with shrimp past (a must eat with pho) and fresh peppers. I ate all 4 peppers by the way. It was delicious, but I know I will be paying a burning price later. LOL

I usually add a lot of condiments like limes, bean sprouts, cilantro, pepper sauce, and everything else, but I kept it simple today and just ate it with peppers and shrimp paste.

Oh No!! Looks like I need another bottle of this goodness!

I’ve never tried this brand before, only Mama nom sai that looks like real Pho but the noodle is a lot thinner than this. I need to look for it the next time I’m in the Asian market.
I’ve never tried shrimp paste with my Pho either. And you know me, I’m a shrimp paste person.

I’ve tried so many different brands of instant pho it’s hard to remember all of them. Everytime I’m at the market I pick out a new one, it’s like game for me, hehe. I’ve been eating a lot of pho and mi lately due to the cold, wet weather here. I like peppers and shrimp paste with my pho too. But oh boy, that’s a lot of peppers for one bowl of pho! I will have to look for the khung fu brand the next time I’m at the store.
