nam, nam, nam, and more nam!!!!!!!!!
I hit the jackpot the other day when the chef decided to make nam. he may have used a little too much red curry, but it was all good after that. the pork skin, the som moo, the ground pork, the vegetables, the herbs, the rice.. it all came together.

we like to separate our herbs from the nam and just wrap them in the lettuce along with the rice.


yes! more peppers please!

Good idea on separating the herb until ready to eat. Hey, I want to party with your family. You guys cook some good looking Lao foods.

OMG NAM!! I love it!! I like seeing how other Laotians prepare their nam. Unfortunately the only time I get to eat nam with som moo in it is when I order it from a restaurant (Asia Cafe – San Diego!). I use ham when I make nam at home.
