To my dear readers, I apologize for the slow caps. I have been busy as of late entertaining some guests from out of town. By mid next week, things will be back to normal again. Please forgive me! And thank you so much for your patience. I promise you guys that this blog will be up to date with all episodes really soon!!

Now.. where were we?? Ahhh… yes… Kobori is getting really touchy feely and kissing up on Ungsumalin! She however is a firecracker, reciprocating his kisses with slaps to the face and coldness! Will Kobori ever receive the love he deserves????

Aww… poor Kobori… he is love sick and hurt by her harsh words.. she tells him that she will hate him now and till marriage and that she would teach their child to hate him as well! Ughhh….. hate his country all she wants but why hate him??? he has been nothing but good to her and her family! it makes me sad for Kobori. Sighhh….

So anyway… poor Kobori keeps thinking of that moment when Ung expressed hate towards while doctor attend to his old wounds that little miss firecracker teared up with her fingers.

Meanwhile… Ung was frantically washing her hands and nails, trying to wash all trace of his Japanese flesh. I’m sorry but she’s crazy! After washing herself clean.. she has a flash of guilty, but it was brief… cause the next morning, she is angered and upset again by the news that she has to marry Kobori by the end of the month.

What about Nott you asked??? yeah… what about him???? LOL…

Ung is sickened by this whole thing and expresses to her Mom that she thinks Kobori is an opportunist and is taking advantage of the power Japanese military has over Thai people! Her mother tried to persuade Ung that she can learn to love Kobori … he is a nice guy after all isn’t he???

Ung snaps that she will never love him. Never! Never Ever!

Doctor yoshi reports to Kobori that Ung side agreed to the marriage and shall wed by end of month as Japanese wanted. Kobori is sullen and distraught.

“physical pain will heal… but emotional pain will not … ” he expresses to doctor yoshi who consoles him in return.

Just then,. bua comes running frantically to Ung and told her that the white POW needs to talk to her. She goes to the white POW and that’s when she learns that her dad is the leader of freedom Thai and has been working with the English.

And so Ung decided to join her dad in the quest to fend off the Japanese occupy. She visits her dad the next day and she tells him that she finally understands why he has to agree to her marrying Japanese soldier and she suggest that om the day of her engagement, they should sneak the white POW and help him escape!

While talking with her dad.. his bitchy ass wife and snot nosed kids appear and right away show coldness towards Ung.

Khun Luang expresses his gratitude toward Ung for helping him and so she goes on her way riding a trolly home.

on the trolly, the villagers are angry and talks shit about the Japanese soldiers. As they were talking shit , Kobori happened to be riding by in his war jeep along with his comrades. That’s when the villagers booed them. Ung kept her silence and tried not to look at Kobori.

A minute later, sirens goes off.. here comes the war planes! More bombs underway! The people dispersed.. and ung is left alone. She stands next to the trolly covering her ears and praying for dear life…. but then… a pair of hands grabs her, it’s Kobori!!!

Wow… for someone she hates, she sure held on tight to him and fell into his arms!!

Kobori held her hand and they ran like hell as the bombs came down!!!! They had to stop a few times to duck and stay low. Each time, our hero Kobori shielded her body with his!!!!

The bombs kept coming down..  finally they saw a safe door into a bomb room. They knocked and knocked for the villagers to let them in.. when the door finally opened and the villagers saw Kobori, they shut the door on Ung and Kobori refusing to let them in!!

Uhh… this was the part when little miss firecracker ung decided to act up and acted like a total bitch. Since those jerks didn’t let them in, Kobori tried to lead her to another safe place but Umg threw her tantrum and kept refusing to go. So the dude had no choice but to life her ass up and throw her over his shoulders !

Just then, a big bomb dropped near them.. Kobori and Ung flew away at impact… but again, Kobori shielded her with his own body!!! What a hero!!!!

though ung tried to force herself to hate Kobori, she couldn’t help but be grateful for him . Without him, she’d be blown to pieces! After examining her for injuries, Kobori and ung surveys the area…

Unfortunately for some , they didn’t make it. It was like a ghost town, everyone was either dead or still in bunkers.

Kobori finds a bicycle.

“get on.. i’ll take us to the dock, my boat should be there…”

“will you be okay?” Ung questions, giving Kobori a glimmer of home that she cares for him too.

Kobori paddles the bike as Ung rides comfortably. she is conflicted.. she loves this man, but he’s the enemy!! She wants to hold on to him for dear life, but her prideful mind stops her hand from touching him.

Once they got to the dock, his boat was gone.. fortunately, there was a man with a boat that will take them. the man was hostile and didn’t like Kobori . He charged them extra just to ride on his boat!

On the boat, Kobori hands her the handkerchief that he kept a long time ago that she used on him. Ung was speechless.. he actually kept her handkerchief!

“here… take this, your face is all dirty…” he puts the handkerchief to her face.

Later that night, Kobori’s uncle came to visit along with a whole bunch of gifts from back home. Kobori’s Mom sent him pearl necklace and kimono for his bride.

Uncle congratulate Kobori and express to kobori gratitude for helping Japanese and thai unite.

the next day is Kobori’s happy day. It was the day of their engagement and also the day that Ung and her father plans on sneaking the POW to safety. (hmm…. I know Ung wants to help save a life, but why the heck would she want to help her dad ??? did he help them when he decided to leave them for another woman and get a whole new family??? just my two cents… )

Kobori sent his men to Ung’s house to help get the party ready. Meanwhile, Ung goes missing.. she goes to bua and pone’s house to help the POW get ready for his escape.

everything was going find until the thai police shows up. The thai police Sargent is suspicious and wonders where Ung went..

He goes into the farm to find Ung. Orn frantically follows him and lied that Ung went to go pick some veggies. the police was suspicious and said they want to help pick veggies too.

Orn lied to them that Ung has many helpers. Just then, headman and his wife shows up. Orn played it off and says there are the helpers but then police got more suspicious when the headman’s wife was talking about how her veggies from her farm was so fresh.

Meanwhile.. the POW thanks Ung and congratulate her on marrying kobori and that they understand each other. Ung got upset and snaps that she doesn’t understand kobori and they are enemies.

the POW admits that though kobori may me be his enemy by default, but as personal wise, Kobori spared his life and for that he is thankful! Kobori could have turned him in but he didn’t!

Just they were talking, Ung and POW hears the thai police. immediately they hide the pow.

Ung plays it off along with bua and pone. they pretend to be suspicious , but about something else! the police searches their basket and it has illegal plants they’re not suppose to sell. that was just a ploy to get the police distracted from her real crime, hiding a POW!

The thai police finally left.

Headman and his wife now thinks that this marriage is just a sham to get the freedom thai to hate khun luang and name him a traitor. They fear that Ung and her family is in danger.
